Lisa Warriner, E-500 RYT, Certified Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher and personal trainer who specializes in senior fitness. Lisa began teaching at Mindful Movements Studio in 2018, she’s an experienced teacher who approaches yoga & fitness with humor & sensitivity.

Nicole is a fitness and health promotion graduate from Loyalist College who facilitates various classes and group training at Mindful Movements. Nicole is a certified 200 hour Yoga teacher and also has a background in relaxation massage and aromatherapy.

Rebecca is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) offering hatha, yin, restorative and trauma-informed yoga with a focus on breath work and meditation practices. Interwoven in Rebecca’s life for over twenty years, yoga helped her through injuries, pre-natal care, post-natal care and everyday life.
