We will take some of the classical Pilates movements and apply them to this versatile and functional machine. If you are looking to streamline and strengthen your body, this is the group training for you!   This mind body workout will focus on 6 key Pilates principles. Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath and Flow. The results from this class are amazing and you will feel this from your muscles to your immune system.
