At Mindful Movements Studio we strive to create a warm, welcoming environment to help support you on your health journey. 

We offer a variety of yoga and fitness classes, as well as personal training, workshops, yoga teacher training, and Thai Yoga massage.  As part of our goal to create a therapeutic space, we have massage, therapy, and aromatherapy professionals working within the building that can offer further support should you desire it. 

No matter your goals, our educated staff members are here to help you navigate the studio and find a class or program that best suits your needs.
