This amazing hot series will introduce you to hot yoga and all the many benefits you will receive from this program. Breath work , postures, relaxation, all beginner friendly. If you have a mat please bring it to class , if you do not have one we have mats available. Please wear comfortable clothing to move in. Please bring water and a hand towel.
