A New and exciting add on to our popular Aerial Yoga. Acro Yoga will now be included in this program to help build strength , mobility , balance and flexibility. This practice will also include breath work and meditation to help relieve any tension.  No experience necessary. Balance off the school week learning new skills with new friends.
