This pass is for individuals looking to find movement and activity consistently at the same time daily. An efficient way to prioritize self care mid day to reset mind, body and breath.
What is included?
This weekly renewing pass allows access to YELLOW marked classes on the schedule.
Our lunch classes are 35 min in length to bring you movement Monday to Thursday. A blend of strength, core work, cycle and Pilates to keep your exercise dynamic.
The classes are accessible for all levels- beginner, intermediate and advanced. Options for modifications offered to suit all.
