Learn the fundamentals to proper skipping techniques. This is a beginner class designed to give you the tools and practice to develop your cardio in a fun and dynamic way. This class can simply act as an element to your weekly fitness or can be used to condition your cardiovascular system for performance within your desired sport or activity.
