Meditation

Metaphysical Reverend Shaman T will guide participants through meditation experiences designed to illuminate insight, wellness, healthy personal development and time to sink in. A perfect time for you to blossom in stillness.

Practices could include breathing techniques, guided meditation, mantras and affirmations, mindfulness experiences, sensory activities, and hands on meditative and stillness practices.

This is a safe and supportive space that is gentle for new comers and is a great entry point for anyone who wants to learn how to meditate or is looking for time to sink into the offerings of the day. 

The class will have lots of depth for the seasoned participant as well.

Class participants can choose floor or chair seating to accommodate their physical needs.
