Beginners and seasoned participants alike will benefit form the inward focus of this new class.
Soothing and restorative , it melds yin & restorative in a complimentary way to help you channel quiet and calm in your body. This class involves passively holding poses with the support of props  to promote increased energy flow, balance and connection of the mind and body. A beautiful guided meditation will complete this class.  Expect to leave this class feeling restored and renewed.
