 A blend of beginner and intermediate levels  for supportive guided experience to challenge. Energizing movements each week, TRX, Free Weights, Bosu, MOTR, Kettle bells and much more. A great chance to try everything that Group Training has to offer.
Leaving you feeling strong and mobile from head to toe! 
Limited to 6 people for intimate setting to fine tune form while increasing resistance. 
Please note you need a group training pass to book.
