This class is intended for people who want to work hard to build long lean muscles. Super strength building, energizing movements each week, TRX,  Free Weights, Bosu, MOTR, and much more. A great chance to try everything that Group Training has to offer. This intermediate level is designed to build on beginner fundamentals with increasing challenge and intensity.
