 This class will have you feeling all the muscles engaged! You will challenge the core using the resistance of the GTS machine to mobilize the spine and integrate leg and arm work. You will leave feeling strong and aware of every part of your body.   This mind body workout will focus on 6 key Pilates principles. Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath and Flow. The results from this class are amazing and you will feel this from your muscles to your immune system.
