A Full body Pilates total tone class in 35min. This mind body workout will focus on 6 key Pilates principles. Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath and Flow. The results from this class are amazing and you will feel this from your muscles to your immune system.  Please bring a mat and water to class.
