This class will combine pilates on the machine with strength moves on the machine.
If you are looking to strengthen and lengthen this is a fabulous combination to try. This mind body workout will focus on 6 key Pilates principles. Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath and Flow. The results from this class are amazing and you will feel this from your muscles to your immune system.
