Myo-Yin Yoga - This class will blend myofascial techniques using the therapy balls beam, , foam roller plus yin yoga. This  unique combination will help your tissues to move better allowing for more freedom in daily life activities, sports and other exercise.  A soft tissue massage with breath connection will guide your body into a relaxation state ( parasympathetic) calming and nurturing the body and mind. All levels welcome!
