This 60-minute class will explore how to improve balance and strengthen your bones. This is for beginners and or those wishing to deepen connection to their breath and body.
Have some fun and continue the learning with our "NEW" beyond-the-chair yoga. This class will take a strength-based approach to create a supportive and safe experience. 
All levels welcome!
