This amazing hot series will introduce you to hot yoga and all the many benefits you will receive from this program. Breath work , postures, relaxation all beginner friendly. If you have a mat please bring it to class , if you do not we have mats available for you. Please wear comfortable clothing to move in. Please bring water and a hand towel.
This series is for beginners level 1 and or those who attended first session and want to practice or reinforce working towards intermediate.
