This 4-week intro to hot pilates will teach you the fundamental movements and classical mat work exercises. This beginner-friendly series will help strengthen your core and full-body connection.
Please bring a mat to class if you have one, if not we have some available for use. Please bring water and a small hand towel.
This series is for Levels 1 and 2 for new participants or those whom attended first beginner session and want to practice or reinforce the basics.
