Hot Yoga Sculpt is a full-body class that blends yoga flow with light strength training in our beautiful, heated room. Using optional 2 to 5 lbs weights, you'll build strength, improve nobility and enhance overall muscle tone while moving with intention and breath.
This class is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're new to the sculpt or a seasoned mover, you'll be encouraged to work at you own pace, and choose options that feel right for your body. The supportive heat helps warm the muscles, increase circulation, and deepen your connection to movement.
Beyond the physical benefits, Hot Yoga Sculpt is energizing and motivating. You'll leave feeling accomplished, confident, and recharged-having challenged yourself in a positive way. Each class concludes with a relaxing cool down and our signature lemon grass cold cloths.
