The Gravity Machine is our “New Age” Reformer'. This unique reformer style machine designed by sports medicine is versatile and features multiple attachments and endless options- so there's always something new to learn each week.

If you're looking to streamline and strengthen your body, this is the session for you!  This mind-body workout focuses on the six key Pilates principles: Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath and Flow. 

You'll leave class feeling energized, stronger and longer!
