Classes move at a steady, mindful pace focusing on:

. Stress reduction and mental clarity

 Expect a grounded, full -body practice that leaves you feeling strong, open, and centered-without rushing.

Classical Hatha yoga is foundational and meditative making it accessible for all while still deeply beneficial for experienced participants.
