Adynamic hybrid class the combines an energizing indoor cycling ride with focused core strengthening. The cycling portion builds cardiovascular endurance and lower-body strength, while the off-bike core work targets the abdominals, back, hips, and stabilizing muscles to improve balance, posture, and overall performance. Expect a balanced workout that boosts stamina, supports functional movement, and leaves you feeling strong and centered.
