Strength 360 is a full-body functional strength class that trains the entire body through all planes of movement. Using landmines, trx, weights, kettlebells, Bosu and other strength tools, this class develops power, core stability, balance and controlled strength. 

This approach builds strength that translates into real-life movement - rotational power, grounded balance, and total-body control-from every angle, 360 degrees.
