Join us in the studio from 11:00am to 12:15pm for opening cycling time.
You're welcome to come for 10 minutes, 20 minutes, or as long as fits your schedule - move at your own rhythm and pace.
Whether you're coming in to boost circulation, build cardio and leg strength, or simply enjoy some movement, this time is yours.
ALL PASS HOLDERS are welcome to attend this open studio session.
