🧘This Pop-up class will be an introduction to the primary series in Ashtanga Yoga. If you are new to yoga and/ or this series, this is a great opportunity to learn and move slowly through the foundations of this practice. All levels are welcome. 

What is Ashtanga yoga? Ashtanga yoga is a traditional, structured style of yoga developed by Sri K Pattabhi Jois. It follows a set sequence of postures that links breath movement to build strength, flexibility, and inner focus. πŸ™
