This class is a combination of movement; strength, balance, flexibility. The first half of the class is active and energizing,  engaging the muscles and steadying the mind with power yoga. The last half we settle into our state of peace through stretch, relaxation and nourishing the nervous system after the body has been challenged. All levels welcome!
