 Gravity Machine! This is our unique version of  ( reformer), and it is amazing. 
If you want to strengthen and lengthen, this is a fabulous combination. This mind-body workout will focus on six key Pilates principles: centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow.  Leave this class feeling energized and stronger!
