 This Amazing machine is our unique version of ( reformer) and you will Love it! This machine is versatile and has many attachments and options you will learn something new each week. If you want to streamline and strengthen your body, this is the session for you!   This mind-body workout will focus on 6 key Pilates principles. Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath and Flow. The results from these sessions are amazing.
