Infrared Sauna / Red Light Treatments

This session will allow you to book either Infrared / Red light or a combo of both.

Your session's time may vary based on your treatment and goals.  Please see your Hostess when you arrive at the studio. 

Red light treatment -maximum 30 minutes

Infrared sauna treatment solo -maximum 40min

Red light and infrared combo - each treatment 30 minutes

Please bring a towel and water to your session.
