This class uses blocks, bolsters, props and blankets to help create support to allow the body to fully release while in each pose. As you release into the pose fully pressure may be applied gently to create more space or gentle massage to promote deeper relaxation. Classes are very small to create a very calm and healing space for each individual. This is like the royal treatment of yoga classes and includes tea after treatment.
